We are seeking a qualified and experienced Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering team to execute the complete detail design scope for a Central Production Facility (CPF). This includes all engineering and design activities up to Material Requisition (MR) and Material Take-Off (MTO) generation.
Other engineering disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) are being handled in-house. Only the I&C scope will be outsourced.
📐 Scope of Work:
• Full I&C detail engineering and design up to MR and MTO
• Review and development of approximately:
o 22 sheets of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
o 1000 instrument items
o 90 engineering documents (datasheets, specifications, layouts, etc.)
📁 Deliverables:
• Instrument Index and I/O List
• Instrument Datasheets and Specifications
• Cable Block Diagrams and Wiring Details
• Hook-Up Drawings and Installation Details
• MR and MTO for all instrument items
• Any other relevant I&C documentation required for procurement and construction
👥 Who Should Apply:
• Engineering teams or firms with proven experience in oil & gas CPF projects
• Strong familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, ISA)
• Proficiency in engineering tools (e.g., SPI/INtools, AutoCAD, EPLAN)
• Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines
