- Prepare technical documentation including calculations, SLDs, and layouts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. - Utilize Carrier HAP software to evaluate HVAC requirements including heating, cooling and air flow. - Design HVAC systems according to project requirements and standards. - Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models of HVAC systems. - Perform Vendor Document Review (VDR) to evaluate and approve documentation provided by HVAC system vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

- Design of HVAC system for new constructed buildings and spaces. - Monitor and adjust HVAC controls to maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in the data center environment, ensuring the integrity and reliability of sensitive equipment. - Respond promptly to HVAC system alarms and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions to data center operations.
