Working closely with Engineering Management Team • Perform change Management and analyzing Cost/Time effect of Project in CCB (change control board) • Facilitated cross functional meeting with project stakeholders to prepare Risk register and implementing Risk analysis and implementing risk response in cooperation with Project Coordinator and risk management team. • Preparing Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS), Master Document Registrations (MDR) • Developed and maintained Project schedule Baseline and updating actual plan in regular basis • Analyzing schedule Baseline base on Critical Path Method (CPM) • Preparing Cost Baseline • Tracking update plan and analyzing deviation in collaboration with project team to prevent or catch-up delays. • Resource allocation and leveling in Engineering part to focus on project Shortage Manpower. • Preparing Weekly Report, one month ahead report, monthly report • Performing Earn value Management (EVM)-(SPI,CPI,BAC,EAC) • Measuring team performance by KPIs specified in procedures. • Organizing Project Status meeting on regular basis
